Performing in the functions of a Receptionist\ Secretary; received and notated incoming customer inquiries, filing closed\ completed accounts, message\ customer transmissions. Document drafting of contracts, invoices, bill of sales, continuous negotiations, and receipts.
Performing in the functions of a Field Clerk; customer communications and relations, account budgets, contract specifications, and adjusted negotiations.
Performing in the functions of a Financial Officer; delinquent account collections, sub-contract payroll, and contract entities purchasing.
Occasionally performing in the function of a Field Supervisor; supervising personnel and observing sub-contractors quality conformance to contract specifications.
