Responsible for the following key processes for successful sales, installation, training, and use of banking software solutions provided:

  • Create and maintain end-user training materials for ongoing operation of software.
  • Provide installation guides for Information Technology support
  • Establish and post current user manuals, training guides, knowledge base articles, and othercomplementary documentation for end user and system administrator training.  Delivery and format methods vary between hard copies, soft copies, and html/xml formats
  • Conduct interactive user seminars for product updates and user feedback
  • Provide on-site training for end-users, managers, and technology support teams in groups, one-on-one or hybrid environments.

Franklin University

Facilitate the online learning for students enrolled in undergraduate business programs.  Courses taught are within the organizational leadership program (major and minor emphasis).  These courses are six weeks in length and require:

  • Asynchronous learning projects using elluminate live technologies
  • Written assignments throughout term
  • Bulletin board posts and post responses

College of Biblical Studies

Adjunct instructor for Adult Degree Completion Program students in the BS in Christian Leadership program.  Courses taught include:

  • Introduction to Leadership and Leader Development,
  • Leadership Growth,
  • Leader Relationships and Vision Casting,
  • Developing Organizational Skills,

These courses are taught in a traditional, on-campus setting.  Classes meet in 5 week sessions one night a week for 4 hrs per class.
