Responsible for the following key processes for successful sales, installation, training, and use of banking software solutions provided:
- Create and maintain end-user training materials for ongoing operation of software.
- Provide installation guides for Information Technology support
- Establish and post current user manuals, training guides, knowledge base articles, and othercomplementary documentation for end user and system administrator training. Delivery and format methods vary between hard copies, soft copies, and html/xml formats
- Conduct interactive user seminars for product updates and user feedback
- Provide on-site training for end-users, managers, and technology support teams in groups, one-on-one or hybrid environments.
