Receptionist / Concierge Agent

  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, in the telephone or via e-mail.
  • Supervise the issue of key, mail message, telegrams & parcel to all residents.
  • Fulfill all reasonable requests and complaints from tenant or owners & costumer to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
  • Report any main issues to department head or relevant departments to ensure they are dealt with promptly & efficiently. Provide reports, as required.
  • Knowledgeable operate and maintain the machines including printers, copiers and scanner.

  • Responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for all residents and the emergency services.
  • Arrange laundry (Drop, Pick-up and Payments) & Apartment cleaning to be schedule.
  • Count money in cash box at the beginning of shift / end of shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Responsible for providing accurate information concerning residents the facilities, venue & Function. Also knowledgeable of key occurrences in the city / location including  direction to key points of interest & special events.
