  • General Responsibilities

    • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, over the telephone or via e-mail.
    • Supervise the issue of spare keys, mails, messages, telegrams & parcel to all residents.
    • Filing and making files all reports needed.
    • Updating calendars and schedule internal meetings for Move In / Move Out as required.
    • Fulfill all reasonable requests and complaints from tenant or owners and costumer to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
    • Report somemain issues to Managers or relevant departments to ensure they are dealt with promptly & efficiently. Provide reports, as required.
    • Knowledgeable in the usage of Microsoft Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.

    • Arrange laundry (Drop, Pick-up and Payments) & Apartment cleaning to be scheduled.
    • Monitor cash float at the beginning of the shift / endof shift to ensure that amounts are correct and adequate change.
    • Responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as the first point of contact for all residents and the emergency services.
    • Responsible for providing accurate information concerning residents’facilities, venue and function. Also occurrences in the city / location, including direction to key points of interest & special events.
