Always up for learning new things and sharing my knowledge. My newest exciting challenge: the alliances role at Avangate, where I'm managing to bring in some 6-digit margin numbers for the company from partner-executed services to Avangate customers, growing double-digit YoY.

In charge of the Avangate Affiliate Network since 2008, coordinating its global business development from an early stage, as well as managing affiliate professional services for software advertisers. The network is now the #1 for Digital Downloads, generating 10%-30% of revenue for Avangate customers.

Previously I was Editor-in-Chief for PC World Romania magazine, managing the online presence and the editorial content for this well-known IDG brand.

I enjoy constantly learning new things from working a multi-cultural business environment and adapting to different ways of thinking. I have strong and proven public speaking skills, as I represented the companies I worked for at events, did presentations and ran round tables debates and workshops. With a problem solving attitude, I have always been keen to interacting with people face to face and establishing solid grounds for business relationships.

Brought 6-digit GM to Avangate from partner-delivered services with a double-digit growth YoY. Saved time and eliminated hassles by creating a solid cross-team working framework for the growth services unit, including Sales, Marketing, Financial and Legal teams. Also set the path to future alliances according to company goals and helped Sales evangelize the growth services to potential digital customers at industry events.

As a Senior Manager of Alliances, my main goals are identifying and recruiting new Avangate services & technology partners; negotiating and onboarding new partners; building joint pipelines and joint go-to market plans; support and enable Sales and customers to drive company revenues.

Along with that, I'm the subject matter expert on managed affiliate services and managed marketing services-both inbound and outbound marketing, SEM, branding, working directly with our OPM and agency partners.

Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager


Established and grew the managed affiliate services from in-house to partner managed to generate 6-digit yearly revenue for the company while continuing to work closely with the affiliate team for the business development of the Avangate Affiliate Network. Grew the affiliate sales for our software & SaaS customers with both the in-house team and external affiliate OPM partners.

With hands-on proven experience in affiliate program management, I was responsible with managing the professional affiliate projects that were run for Avangate customers, including presales activities, addressing potential clients and educating them via speaking engagements at industry events and through in-house created content: blog posts, webinars, casestudies.

Affiliate Network Coordinator


Multiplied the yearly afiliate network revenue 20 fold and the number of active affiliates in the network 17 fold within 4 years of being the business line owner of the Avangate Affiliate Network. With very few dedicated resources I coordinated all business development activities and worked closely with a cross- functional team (Sales, Marketing, Support and Integration).

Worked with worldwide recognized software partners like Bitdefender, CNet, Iolo, IObit, Kaspersky, Softpedia, increasing their affiliate revenues. Also helped Sales acquire new prospects by evangelizing the benefits of the Avangate Affiliate Network at affiliate events and through content marketing activities.
