With a fun and enticing  sales approach, I successfully convert 15 - 20 incoming calls a day into reservations providing a one of a kind customer service experience.

During peak business periods I provide excellent customer service while maximizing our sales potential by making 20-40 outbound calls to our loyal customers.

I strengthen our team of Reservation Specialists by assisting and trainning our new team members by practicing and enhancing our sales techniques.

I was part of a team of managers helping the owner and new franchisee partner open their 6th store at the time as well as well as train 12 new staff members.

I took inventory, made orders as well as kept track of store waste.

Participated with neighboring business owners in efforts to shop and promote local business.
