Brand Asset Manager
Liasing with agencies, procurement champions, brand managers and art directors.
Creating new taxonomy and ensuring that the taxonomy structure is up to date.
Sending out and managing the SmartBrand terms & conditions signing process.Ensuring that hard copy contracts are forwarded to the Diageo legal team for upload to the corporate library.
Identifying trends & patterns from the support tracker
Regularly reviewing the issues coming from users.
Setting up appropriate user group for agency, based on approval from Diageo contact.
Working with agencies to enable upload of master files to SmartBrand with an approved CUA.
Working with the local marketing & procurement champions to identify issues with agencies, training requirements and ensuring projects are promoted to fulfilment in SmartApprove.
Monitoring the agencies IP compliance contracts then updating on SmartBrand databaseArchiving backlogs of expired brand assets
Reporting SmartBrand bugs & issues on to the JIRA reporting system and tracking resolution.
On a monthly basis, to provide a suite of reports eg support tracker emails by hub & market.
