Senior EOD Intelligence Integrator

84th OD BN (EOD)

Serves as the Intelligence Liaison for an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Battalion, comprised of six EOD companies geographically dispersed on three installations with the mission to protect forces, civilians, and property from death, injury, and damage due to hazardous Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED); responsible for production of the Battalion Weekly Activity Report, horseblanket, weekly IED intelligence report, as well as the receipt and dissemination of Very Important Person (VIP) Protection mission taskings ISO of NORTHCOM's Joint EOD Very Important Person Protection Agency (JEODVIPPSA).

Contributions: 

  • Developed, introduced, and launched the Battalion weekly CONUS and OCONUS IED  storyboard roll-up which contributed to effective awareness and familiarization
  • Developed deployment country brief for the BN HHD for awareness and use during upcoming deployment
  • Coached and mentored the Operations NCOICs among six subordinate companies, located on three separate installations, IOT improve EOD reporting efficiency
  • Supervised and guided emergency EOD response teams while responding to over 110 EOD missions and four high profile missions on Fort Riley, KS, and nine states
  • Revised the intelligence and operations annex of the battalion base operations order, contributing to compliance of all DoD security policies and practices within the battalion
  • Kept safety at the forefront by effectively using the CRM process while serving as RSO on live weapons range training with zero accidents or incidents
  • Coordinated 16 U.S. Secret Service and Department of State support missions and ensured proper assignment of teams and equipment
  • Demonstrated an exceptionally high level of competence publishing over 35 battalion WARs, 28 horseblankets and 30 VIPSTATs; met all battle rhythm requirements
