  • Provided a First-ever View of Companywide portfolio of cost reduction projects- Established and led a companywide cross-line of $140MM business operational improvement portfolio and reporting process to executive leadership reporting up to the CEO. Focus was on improvement of key business processes and other operational efficiencies.
  • Established and led Companywide Six Sigma and Lean Training Certification Process- Contracted with best-in-class third party vendors, human resources and finance to created baseline criteria for training and certification of hundreds of employees. Coached greenbelt candidates resulting in over $2.5 MM in savings.
  • Enabled Employees with Process Improvement Tools- Created Comprehensive Process Management and Improvement Resource Site. Launched a Companywide set of six sigma, lean, business process management and Hoshin Kanri tools and templates for use by process improvement leaders.

Shortened Development Cycle Time- As Architect and process owner of end-to-end development process for Retail Credit Business (idea management, project portfolio management/stage gate, key performance tracking), re-designed Development Process for $110 million project portfolio investment.  Reduced idea review time by over 90%, reduced waiting requests by 63%.
