Successfully managed, implemented and promoted a PC Energy Saving project which reduced annual operating costs by an estimated £27k.
Increased own productivity by implementing a hands-on training programme my team for the ACTICALL and EDI systems to speed up call response times by approximately 50% and reduce development support by 80%.
On being offered the position for Change Process Manager, I recommended that one of my team members be my replacement.
On the acquisition of a new Swedish company I completed an audit of their systems, applications and network for inclusion on the Financial Fixed Asset Register and the Group DR plan.

Personally selected by the CEO - John Caudwell and CFO – Craig Bennett as part of the £1.46bn Caudwell Group sale in 2006 to scope and deliver two projects for a Windows Small Business Server 2003 office, network and server installation at their new locations.
