Head CSR / Instore

For the majority of my time I was on the makeline; making the pizzas and orders from customers. I would be in charge of those on the makeline and dictate which orders to do first and give duties to different workers. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) I would handle the transactions and take orders from customers.

Champany Restaurant

Welcoming customers to the restaurant, taking their orders as well as serving them. As a kitchen Porter I would work alongside the kitchen staff and deliver their needs.

Gap Year

From January 19th until August 3rd, 2014, I was in Malawi on my own teaching English and Maths to two classes of 95 children aging from 11 to 20. There I also played football with the school and helped train with them after school each day. I was in the poorest part of Malawi which is in the south in a district called "Mulanje". I would walk to school each day which was a round trip of just under 14 Kilometers. Whilst there I also worked alongside a local guide who helped my old school, Stewart's Melville College, and their annual charity trips to Malawi. Also whilst there I started a construction which was sponsored by myself and Stewart's Melville College to begin a nursery school for the area that I was staying in. This construction is still undergoing and will be continued to be observed next year by two other volunteers arriving in February.

I joined the Air Training Corps as soon as possible when I was 13 and since then have been promoted to the most senior cadet rank that is available at my squadron so far, Flight Sergeant. As Flight Sergeant I am responsible for Discipline and Drill which also involves teaching and welcoming new cadets. Whilst a cadet I: • Attended camps at R.A.F. Leuchars, Valley, Lyneham, Syerston Halton, and Waddington. • Completed in Wing sports events withheld the shot-put record within my Wing. • Gained HF Communicators badge qualification in the use of radios and in first aid. • Achieved a Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award and as well as my Gold. • Been awarded a Gliding Scholarship and in 2012 successfully achieved a solo flight gaining my Silver Wings.
