Liaison to Department of Public Instruction (DPI), Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) and Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), submitting all required documentation and forms for continued eligibility in the MPCP.

Built and maintained school's network & computer lab using open source software, reducing software budget to a bare minimum. Lead students towards 21st Century skills in technology. Inspired students to pursue careers related to software applications taught.

Elevated understanding of accelerated level American core curriculum subject matter for students attending a bi-lingual school studying core subject material in English (as a Second Language), ensuring homework was completed correctly, neatly and on time and that weekly tests were passed with above average grades.

- Director of On-line Education: High School - Adult Blended Learning ESL Course

Implemented an on-line / classroom blended English Language course for Taiwan’s largest adult English Language school, supervising and directing processes, vendors and teams.

- Curriculum Writers Team Supervisor: High School - Adult ESL Classroom Subject Material

Created and published 1000 new lessons and activities with accompanying materials for a comprehensive ESL curriculum project, overseeing and assisting curriculum writers with pedagogical, linguistic, graphical and technical aspects. Created and maintained the database for data input, media storage and lesson plan publication.

- Teacher Trainer: Preschool - Adult ESLTeachersNew and experienced teachers enhanced classroom performance and improved student satisfaction after workshops, observation, advising, and encouragement.

- Placement Tester:  High School - Adult ESLCorrectly placed students into appropriate ESL levels/courses via written and oral test administration.

70% average student retention rate for continuing next level of classes, fostering increased fluency in speaking, listening, reading and writing for a wide variety of functions, topics and grammar using active student centered methodology.
