-Successfully sold a total of 4,739 tickets with a per cap of $56.15 and a total revenue of more than $266,000 while servicing more than a couple thousand customers as of January 15, 2014 for the 2014 season.
-Successfully sold a total of 3,759 tickets with a per cap of $52.30 and a total revenue of more than $196,000 while servicing a few thousand customers for the 2013 baseball season from June to October.
-Strive to build rapport and relationships with new and current customers, create new ticket revenue and increase revenue to existing customers.
-Been a part of multiple campaigns in my first six months to upsell clients, renew clients and obtain new clients.
-Help with game day duties in all areas of the organization including but not limited to customer service, promotional assistance, troubleshooting and overall game day experience for our fans.
-Team and committee leader for new employees and my fellow peers. Served as committee chair for Think Tank Committee. Goal of committee chair is to lead teams to create a new way to bring more people to our ballpark through a new type of fan experience.
-Successfully created a Think Tank Committee that created a plan for a new fan experience and the event will be held during the 2014 Cardinals season.
