Power Crunch Protein Bar Social Advertiser

Power Crunch

During the summer I worked with Power Crunch. I worked at different events and passed out miniature power crunch bars to help promote the new line of protein bars. I walked around the events and told the customers about the nutritional facts of the bar and the benefits the bar had with it.

•Organization memberships and activities

At Santa Margarita I was a member of Next Step. Next Step is a Drug and Alcohol Awareness Club and you goto middle schools and talk to the kids about how harmful drugs are, how to say "No" to them and how to live a clean and healthy life.

Community Service

From 6th grade to 10th grade I participated in National Charity League and completed 168 hours. I also volunteered with Special Olympics, Adopt-A-Family, and Next Step.

Special awards and recognitions received

In a high school track and field meet, I received first place in the meet for triple jump and got Athlete of the Week twice. I also got "Most Dedicated" during Cross Country at the banquet.

Long-Term Goal

One long-term goal I am working towards is becoming a Sports Nutritionist. I want to move back to California and find a nice job that I will stay in for multiple years. The job that I am hoping for is to work for a sports team and make up their meal plans and diets.

Initial Goals

As a student at the University of Alabama, I want to work to get my degree in Food and Nutrition. Throughout the next four years I am trying to get a high enough GPA to be able to be considered for becoming a Registered Dietitian by the time I graduate.
