  • Project for the inclusion of the manufacturer's routers and switches CISCO of partners CPM, MICROCITY, AURIGA and MTEL onto data network and access / Embratel;
  • Search / verification network within the scope of the final customer Embratel, by adding the routers through scripts and routes and finally synchronizing routers the requests of the Management of data and access/Embratel, through the Router Edge/Embratel and/or remote access disked. Being subcontracting in the period of the project by enterprises: CPM Braxis, MTEL Technology and Spread Teleinformática.

  • Administration and monitoring sites and servers/Remote localities: in Brasilia, Goiania, Recife, Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, analyze / add /remove: auditors user/groups, antivirus, applications, rows of printing, log' s in general, performance, backups and when necessary lobbying local partner to perform procedures in hardware. Servers Bank Automation, email, Corporate and Implementation – totaling 56 servers;
  • Environment of mission criticism, heterogeneous and high availability acting with the systems of operational network: Windows 2003, 2000, NT 4.0, 4.11 and Novell Netware Unix (HP UX, SCO and Linux), and data bank Sybase/Sql;
  • Moderatorship and implementation of contingency plans, in environments of mission criticism platforms of hardware and software (Applications owners) and Telecom, the opening of occurrences and issuing reports "position" for Management Unibanco;
  • Verification/Monitoring in the area of the Call Center : Production – Environment “Card Unibanco” and “30Horas”, the latter being maintained the target of 100% of operational availability;
  • Verification/monitoring of the network using the tools: HP Open View, Sniffer Pro and LAN Manager, What A s UP Gold;
  • Obtained by quality indicators in September/2002 "Performance record of 99.971%, this means that the 7,364,000 links in the month, in which transactions were made 16,156,000, had this percentage of service without disability or impact, was the best index in four years".
  • Actualization in antivírus: OfficeScan / Inoculate IT / ArcServ IT(CA) / Mcafee;
  • Update on the basis of data: Stepping processes (scheduler), load, closing, processing (using Shell Script) and monitoring, implemented and monitored via logs in software owners of the Bank among them the Control-M;
  • Updating/Implementation remote using tools: PcAnyware, Metaframe and Connect Direct and VNC; Backup/Restore: Windows (ArcServer and Native) – Unix (Native) – Novell Netware (Native);
