Oversee the services delivery team in the West Region, involved in developing overall team practice strategies, tactics and goals, and in establishing new technology strategies for our services team.
- Business Analysis: define client CRM and web portal requirements and business needs through consultation, interviews, workshops and discovery meetings.
- Architecture/Strategic Planning: application of industry best practices to achieve and align operational and strategic goals and requirements while providing a clear roadmap.
- Project/Program Management: focused management of project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, while maintaining effective execution of program/portfolio needs.
- Team Management: lead, mentor and guide internal and external resources to deliver great and amazing solutions, while fostering growth, collaboration and personal development.
- Training/Consulting: development and delivery of custom and structured end-user and admin training, providing significant value and client self-sufficiency.
- Change Management: analysis, planning, communication, and execution for not only the need for change but also the capacity for change for individuals, teams, groups, and various stakeholders.
