Accomplished with Business Process Analysis, Strategic Development, CRM/Software/IT Implementation, and effective Administrative and End User Training. My role also included our business development, proposal creation and presentation, project implementation and management, and training development and delivery. Internally I was responsible for the strategic direction of the company, budgeting, and staffing/sub-contractor management including training and coaching.

Helped launch and form brand new community association. I played a key role in helping shape our bylaws, policies, and procedures. I led ECCA to achieve rapid growth in the first year, and achieved significant profitability in the first year as well. Moderated and chaired board meetings, and ran 2 successful AGMs.

Created marketing and communications improvements through the use of New Media including: CD, Internet, Print on Demand, and Sales Force Automation. I was the Top Canadian Performer for 1998, facilitated the development of an Integrated Marketing Information Solution over $150,000, and assisted in the application of 1-to-1 Marketing and Customer Intimacy models for business improvement. I also accepted several requests to speak to Marketing and Communications Associations about New Media/Ecommerce.

I was responsible for generating revenues of $300,000 through marketing campaigns and small business consulting. I also created and implemented a database tracking systems for marketing promotions. My other responsibilities included coordinating timely and accurate processing of 8000+ payments per month, developing Interactive Marketing Brochures on disk, for use in marketing and sales presentations, and the national distribution of $200,000+ per month in collected electronic payments.
