Farmers Market Vendor/ Juicologist/ Delivery Driver

Acted as a primary farmers market representative for the brand while operating three Portland, Oregon Farmers Markets. Responsibilities included: set up and tear down of vendor site, interacting with interested consumers, city locals and passersby, serving samples while informing consumers of ingredients and creation process, and working with an iPad/Square monetary platform for card and cash handling. Also working as a direct distributor of juices in café locations. Efficiently assembling ingredients, cleaning and preparing produce for juicing, marking and cycling out produce to maintain a food safe atmosphere, preparing juices/smoothies/soups/nut butters, meanwhile interacting with customers, maintaining and cleaning of industrial food preparation equipment (juicers, blenders, steamers, nut, and wheat-grass presses) and general store environment, while operating an iPad/Square for cash and card transactions. Delivering cleanse packages to customer's homes as well as wholesale distributors in a timely and friendly fashion.
