District Sales Manager
- Responsible for achieving sales forecasts, implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing region operating budget, hiring and training sales representatives, leading and motivating sales team, identifying competitive trends and building key customer relationships.
- Continually encourage and support professional development and growth with each representative. Consistently promoted personnel that have excelled. Established the Raleigh Region chapter of the Women Employee Network Group (WENG).
- Led the inaugural Mid-Atlantic South Regional Impact Team (RIT), which consisted of 18 PSS’ as well as 9 DSMs in the region. RIT provided field solutions on business center projects or national initiatives/issues that would improve the product performance and organizational culture within the region.
- Recognized by RSD on multiple occasions for outstanding leadership.
