Ability to :
- Design and implement a training plan
- Provide line management with the support needed to equip employees with the skills and competencies to meet both current and future business needs (technical, linguistic, soft and managerial skills).
- Conduct the training needs analysis of employees at all levels.
- Search and select leading experts to provide the ad-hoc trainings
- Design and develop tailor made courses in association with training providers.
- Assess the effectiveness of trainings, improving and perfecting existing procedures, making required changes.
