Responsibilities include full coordination of airport operations for airline; identifying vendors, negotiating vendor contracts,  management reports, scheduling employees, budgeting, expense control,  processing of accounts payable, issuing station drafts and payments, including research, proper record maintenance, contract updating, invoice auditing, handling vendor calls, maintenance of ledgers and postings, obtaining approvals and receipts, operating office within established budgets, timely approval and payments of invoices, reviews of all station communication drafts to insure compliance with company policies and internal audit guidelines, preparation of employee ID badges, parking passes and pass requests, planning, organization and coordination of employee and management functions and events, expense advances and travel arrangements for employee and management business travel, services to partner and interline carriers, answering comment letters, classifying of employee records, maintenance of daily bulletins, maintaining office in a professional and secure manner related to personnel and property, safe operating conditions and reporting unsafe situations to the proper area, preparation of employee positive behavior reinforcement letters and memos, opening and distribution of mail, filing, answering and placing calls for management coordination with US Customs, US Customs Custodian Coordinator, handling Customs Report on quarterly basis, and impeccable keeping of Miami -Dade Aviation Department's  quarterly ID badges  and audits report. Execution of ticket stock inventory, and preparation of monthly ticket stock inventory report. Coordinated a front line training with the assistance of airport's detective Lorraine Szezcpanik, Major Arturo Loynaz and Lieutenant Raul Carvajal to conduct a presentation and training regarding Human Trafficking at the airport and coordinated interviews on local English and Spanish TV stations and social media. Experience with Time Tracker for payroll and many other roles assisting the General Manager.  Impeccable attendance record and work ethics.

Airline representative to the March of Dimes and former President, Treasurer, Secretary and current Member of the Airline Manager's Executive Secretaries Association (AMESA).
