About  Col Reese Turner

Currently serving as the Acting Deputy Director of the US Army's Enlisted Personnel Management Directorate, Col. Reese Turner holds a bachelor of science in engineering management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a master of arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and a master of strategic studies with a concentration in the application of land power from the United States Army War College. Col. Reese Turner also completed leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Over the course of his military career, Col. Turner has served in leadership roles at all ranks and levels from second lieutenant to colonel. Before accepting his current position at the US Army's Human Resources Command (AHRC), Col. Reese Turner served at AHRC on two previous assignments: one as the field artillery branch chief for the enlisted personnel military directorate, and the other as an the division chief for the operations division for the officer personnel management directorate. He continues to promote professional collaboration and cultural diversity in the field of human resources.
