  • Lead presentations, negotiated contract terms and managed the red-line process until close 
  • Designed and implemented Dubset's sales system and CRM tools, which actively managed relationships with over 200 prospective clients (technology companies, music labels and investors)
  • Launched world's first ever registry and exchange platform for derivative works
  • Headed up content operations and successfully on-boarded +6,000 rights holders
  • Prioritized relevancy of content from channel partners to distribute onto major music services
  • Developed a music identification product, a new category for the organization
  • Created and distributed the industry's first ever series of transparency reports around top mixes
  • Lead a team of 7 in conducting both primary and secondary research of 50,000 DJ mixes to gain insight for which underlying artists and rights holders were being sampled
