• Assist the Fort's two Programme Development Officers with their duties and ongoing work/projects

• Presented lectures and information sessions on various topics related to British and Canadian military history, including the War of 1812, the First World War and the Battle of Vimy Ridge

• Proficient experience in performing and instructing early Nineteenth Century British military drill and maneuvers
• Unit quartermaster – have constructed many reproductions of British military leather equipment and other pieces of uniform, such as headgear, regimental tunics and full sets of regimental colours, all based on surviving examples
• Active member of the Crown Forces North America - Waterloo 2015 Planning Committee

• Excelled at management and coordination during all periods of the day, managing food, paper and labour costs, restaurant finances and payroll, employee hiring and training, stock inventory and order, scheduling and promotions
