Manger Main Responsibilities: Manage the Lending Services Team for the Irish Commercial Lending Division with a current staff count of ten. Co-ordinate and manage daily workflows of all administrative and operational duties for the commercial loan book, including SWIFT, EFT payments and account reconciliation vis--vis nostro management and TLM(Transaction Life-cycle Management) Co-ordinate all account openings for commercial loan accounts in accordance with loan documentation and ensuring regulatory and compliance duties are fulfilled-eg Client Anti-Money Laundering documentation. Ensure the quality of service provided to our stakeholders is maintained to a very high standard. Conduct regular meetings on behalf of lending services division with business partners to ensure our excellent working relationships are maintained. Business partners include Lending, Group Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance. Monitor and assess development needs for staff and implement and development plans as required. Perform staff appraisals on quarterly basis with annual reviews and goal settings conducted. Ensuring all operational risks are mitigated against and seek to ensure Banks policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. Perform daily control report checks analyzing COB data and ensuring all checks are completed in accordance with internal procedures. Providing monthly/quarterly reports to senior management on wide range of areas from staff performance to impaired loans and a variety of other income statistics. Project: Implemented a new operational banking system ensuring smooth transition and indentify and IT development needs, particularly in the area of compliance and regulatory requirements. Member of Operations“ NAMA team” where my responsibilities were to draft a full range of operational procedures in advance of the implementation of NAMA, also producing for Senior management a strategic white paper on the operational impact of NAMA and best practices going forward(including Nostro impacts with SWIFT and EFT funds, both incoming and external)

Assistant Manager: Main Responsibilities: Manage North American Operations team(5 people)-which looked after all operational and administrative duties for the Commercial Loan book in North America. Liaise with key stakeholders, including syndicate partners and servicing agents-eg-Capmark/Trimont. Regular Conference calls with organizational heads conducted to ensure a good relationship is maintained and to assess any potential risk gaps. Work closely with North American divisions, both lending and treasury, building relationships with an aim at ongoing improvement in service monitoring and assessing of operations risk-documenting and implementing procedural changes. Attending Credit Committee and ensuring all due diligence is followed up on with respect of legal documentation-Co-Lender Agreements, Loan agreements, Facility letters etc.' Ensuring all FX deals, derivative products are executed correctly and client accounts maintained to a high standard. Providing monthly/quarterly reports to senior management on wide range of areas from loan activity to interest income reports. Manage all draw down requests from solicitors/escrow agents ensuring all pre-conditions and security in place prior to disbursement of funds working to strict deadlines. Manage client requisition for funds ensuring no breaches of credit policy and all Anti-Money Laundering procedures are adhered to. Manage all transactions for my team, ensuring all nostros are reconciled at all times. Work closely with key departments within the organization such as Treasury and Lending. Write to clients monthly with respect of debt cover-being the key point of contact for any credit management queries. Perform staff appraisals on quarterly basis with annual reviews and goal setting conducted annually. Implemented innovative Communications team to improve internal relationships between Senior Management and staff.
