Instructor in the following courses: NURS 261 Practical Nursing Practice 2, NURS 361 Practical Nursing Practice 3, which are clinical placements in different care settings. Topics, which were taught to the students in these courses, were clinical assessment of clients, vital signs, administration of medications via various routes such as intramuscular, subcutaneous injections, medications by mouth, and intravenous medications. Teaching the students how to using critical thinking skills while in the clinical setting to provide care for their clients. Utilizing Universal precautions when in the clinical setting.  Documentation of clinical findings within the clinical setting

Instructor in the following course: NURS 365 Legal and Professional Issues in the Practical Nursing Program. Topics taught in this course include: Legislation governing nursing practice, Consultation & collaboration between RN & RPN, Working with Unregulated Care Providers, Professional Conduct / Misconduct, Workplace environment, Workplace Violence Prevention, Current Issues and trends, and Consent, confidentiality and Privacy.

Instructor in the following course: NURS 364 Ethical Issues In Nursing in the Practical Nursing Program.  Topics taught in this course include:  Ethical Theory, Ethics in Nursing, Codes of Ethics in Nursing, Values Development, Economic and Social issues, Gender issues and Trans cultural and spiritual issues, Ethical principals and other moral truths guiding deliberation and action.
