Recommendations

“I would love the opportunity to extend a recommendation for my former employer. Chris is a dedicated professional who is extremely knowledgeable in the world of Recruiting/consulting/staffing industry. I had the pleasure of starting my career working very closely with him.. His talents as an individual and a professional are un-matched. He has the ability to motivate, teach valuable lessons and hire great talent, as well as train the proper ways of "how to recruit" in a competitive industry. He was just a great mentor and would bring out the best in all of us. Who reported to him. We would be able to work out any issues together to solve the problem! If given the opportunity again I would be happy to work with him.. I believe he has been in this industry 20+ years and should take his talents on the road.. It's time to give lectures Chris for those that have no idea how to "run" a business..:-)”

“When I joined IntelliMark, Chris was an incredible trainer and leader. The more he taught the more I wanted to get to the desk and start recruiting. He was a positive leader within the organization that would always give you guidance without micro-managing. Chris understood the importance of bringing the right candidate to the client, because he was able to listen to the needs of both. I was always amazed when I would listen to him talk with the client. I want to emphasize listen, which is one of his greatest attributes. Today so many recruiter do must of the talking and never understand what the client or candidate need. I would highly recommend Chris to a company that is looking for a top gun recruiter, and the same goes for a candidate, you will never be disappointed as he is very service oriented to others needs. I truly enjoyed working with Chris and respected that he not only saw talent quickly with the client/candidate, but also within our company. I thank him for letting me soar to the recruiter I knew I could be. We don't show appreciation enough - Thanks so much, Chris!”

“In nearly twenty years in the recruiting business, Chris Sieg is one of the finest recruiters/managers I have ever been associated with. His knowledge of the business, integrity, work ethic, management and recruiting skills are unparalleled. The thing that impresses me most about Chris is his selflessness - he truly cares more about his clients, his candidates, and his employees than about himself. That's a rare quality for a recruiter, but perhaps the quality that makes him so successful. He's the best mentor a young recruiter could ever hope for, and even for seasoned recruiters he's always the go-to guy for anyone who has a question about anything - because they know they will get an intelligent, honest, straightforward answer. Any client, candidate, or recruiting organization will be fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Chris Sieg.”
