  • Screen resumes and demo reels - worked on a team of two to narrow down applicants.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews - communicated with applicants to set up interviews.  
  • Schedule project deadlines and benchmarks - made and adjusted schedules based on team output and goals.
  • Track team progress - maintained all lists and schedules of completed assignments and tasks.

  • Drafted story boards - interpreted director’s vision in the form of story boards for movement, layout and animation.
