- Reduced the DOI by 5% (from 68 down to 64 days)

- Reduced the Left-Overs reconciliation lead-time by 33% (from 18 down to 12 days)

- Consolidated a 25% volume increase to 10,000+ tons/y

- Increased the accuracy of the 2.5 M€ inventory to >98%

- Increased the on-time delivery of 560 shipments/months to 12+ countries to >98%

- Streamlined a 14M€ procurement budget

  • Main Projects:

- Spearheaded the implementation of an ERP (Baan): Trained end-users from 7 countries, designed and tested of customizations

- Designed and customized internet tools to enhance the productivity of the sales force and sales administration (online quotations, activity follow-up ...), and to improve the customer service (Product Data Sheets, MSDS)

- Designed and initiated a laboratory to produce Stonhard Floor samples to improve the customer service

- Member of the StonCor REACH Compliance Team

  • Main activities:

- Responsible for the Supply-Chain at the European Distribution Centre with the lead of a team of 13 people in charge of procurement from internal and external suppliers, warehousing and logistics

- Responsible for the Technical Support for the Stonhard product line with Pre-Sales and Customer Service (GSK, Coca-Cola, Airbus, Sanofi-Aventis...), Training of the sales force, Creation of EU Product Data Sheets

- Responsible for the onsite customer quality issues
