U.S Navy

Supervised and managed over 40 personnel across various departments and specialties. Oversaw the planning and execution of over $500,000 annually in operational repairs to vital equipment. Developed and implemented ship-wide training programs while displaying charismatic and enthusiastic individualized training. Focused on empowering and developing sailors resulting in increased productivity and career progression. Trained with SEALs to learn weapons tactics to lead a boarding team on combat missions.

Specific achievements and accomplishments:

  • Led 54 successful combat missions in support of global anti-piracy operations in the Red Sea off the   coast of Yemen and off the coast of Somalia.
  • Developed and implemented a training program for over 200 sailors in anti-terrorism tactics to protect the ship from modern threats. Passed the biannual certification with a score 95.6%.
