To secure a position that would provide me with the opportunity to use the knowledge gained from my education in marketing and finance, along with my personal experiences in customer service and administration to be used to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
I have a wide variety of interests. I enjoying listening to music selections from classical, early jazz, new age, and today's artist. On my Nook Color there are works I enjoy reading from H.G Wells, Dashiell Hammet, and Staurt McBride. A self-taught musician, I enjoy playing piano and electronic keyboards when the time allows. Also enjoy following the latest business and consumer electronic trends.
As part of the college hospitality team, my duties were to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for patrons during college events and performances.
To provide customers with mobile cell phone and accessory sales, along with outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and upgrade assistance.
As a customer service representative for ABC Warehouse; responsibilities were to contact their customers and through the explanation of its benefits and cost savings, have customer agree to the purchase of extend maintenance agreements on their home appliances and electronics.
As administrative assistant; responsibilities were to maintain journals in relation to personnel movement, processing, and job assignments. This was in addition to the preparation and submission of monthly payroll, supply orders and personnel reports.
As a computer technician for Baker College; responsibilities were to upgrade classroom computers, install new software, and support administrative and faculty with network or equipment errors that arose.
Currently taking course work towards degree in Information Systems with a field of study in applications. Awarded President's Honor List for 2012 for maintaining GPA of 3.9.
