  • Perform an extensive search of FAA approved Repair stations, call them, ask for estimate of quotes and   decide which repair station suits best the need of my customer.
  • Release the part from inventory, send it to the Shipping Department and arrange delivery or pick up of the part.
  • Perform follow up once the part has already been received by the station and make sure they comply with due dates and urgency from my clients, along with other special requests. Also, receive and approve quotes and send payment forms to the accounting department.
  • Close the repair cycle once the part has been received, paid for and inspected, and notify my client of availability and compliance with their requests.
  • Perform weekly meetings with staff to integrate and update them about events and set monthly goals for the team.
