Managed Wastewater/Water Supply Engineering Department and projects.  Projects include team member roles on St Louis Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) watershed engineering work for the Project Clear Program to eliminate CSOs and SSOs in response to Consent Decree.  Projects include civil/structural design and environmental investigation of parts of River Des Peres interceptor tunnel and the Jefferson Barracks tunnel, hydraulic modeling of sanitary sewer relief design on multiple watersheds, and infiltration/inflow surveys for the reduction of private sources within the MSD system.

Spearheaded corporate initiative for implementation of new AJERA project cost accounting system, focusing on Project Manager training, support, and Legacy Project resolution.  General Manager of ABNA's newly-formed Construction Operations Division providing site-civil and infrastructure rehabilitation services.
