Objective

It is my objective to utilize the skills and knowledge that I have gained in the higher education field to further my own learning experiences as well as contribute to the overall success of the campus. I also strive to enhance the experiences of the students through excellent customer service and a genuine care for their learning experience and overall well-being.

Summary

Over the last ten years I have utilized the opportunities given to me and have learned an enormous amount about higher education and the inner workings of a University, both as an employee and as a student myself. Through this process I have become proficient in all Windows applications; such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook, Paint and others. I am also proficient in internal applications such as IS3, S3, Oracle, Osiris, Campus Tracking, and Web Reports.  I have held many positions within the University setting, and doing so has made me well rounded and aware of how all positions fit and work together seamlessly. I believe that it is essential for all departments to work together to enhance the experience and outlooks of the students.
