Projected annual sales and margin plan for new accessories exceeding over $420M in annual sales.  Managed five distinct areas; Assortment Planning, Purchasing, Web Content, in-store Marketing and Customer Service. 

  • Launched new business categories such as Guitar Hero and RockBand. Directly supervised the dominate growth of this genre to a record $280M in fiscal sales.
  • Drove Xbox Live year over year digital sales growth of more than 50% for 4 consecutive fiscal years, and transitioned business to Point of Sale model.
  • Built GameStop brand equity through private label accessory program generating over 5M units sold each year via Far East sourcing model.
  • Assisted in the planning and execution of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the largest entertainment release to that point in history.
