Flewelling & Moody Architects

8.3 Billion Dollar City Center, Las Vegas a member of a Joint Venture team comprised Flewelling and Moody Architects with Project Solutions Inc. Created and executed strategies for completing Aria Spa DD documents into MDG standards and recover needed time lost by design firm from Japan. Developed Design review documents and completed assignments to evaluate drawing reviews for the client (MGM-Mirage Design Group).  Reviews included the Hotel High rise, the projects signature condominium tower and the shopping complex shell and core drawings.  Field coordination work included supporting the field quality verification team in determining the appropriate details and documents to use in evaluating the as-built design.
