To earn a position with a strong, innovative, and forward looking organization which is involved with training or education; and from that position, lead a surge in entrepreneurial efforts based on skills in knowledge acquisition, perception management, excellent communication, and customer fulfillment.
I am an experienced manager and innovative thinker with a BS in Organizational Leadership. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Leadership. Between 1996 and 2006 I owned and operated a three store Domino's Pizza franchise in Kokomo, and Marion Indiana. I managed not only my corporation, but the business units as well. Averaging about 1.5 million in annual revenue, my stores broke all previous sales records, contributed nearly $100,000.00 to community initiatives and organizations, and became well known for high quality and excellent service.
In 2006, I entered higher education as an assistant director of admissions and financial aid with Ivy Tech community college of Indiana, the nation’s largest, singly accredited community college system. I have held numerous positions within the organization of more than 3000 employees, including: Dual Credit coordinator, Associate director of admissions, and I am currently the regional Continuing education coordinator. I have also served on many boards and councils within the communities we serve. Among these are the Logansport, IN Art Association, Howard county United Way, student Leadership academy as an adviser, 211 of Howard county board of directors, and as an administrative adviser for Phi Theta Kappa.
I am a proud husband, and father of five beautiful children. I have been trained in six-sigma, lean principals, and the Carnegie relationship management model. I am a technology fanatic, and a social networking expert.
