I'm Claudia. I'm 27 years old and   I will be  graduate from  Technologycal University of El Salvador of the Bachelor in English Language . During my years I had been spent my time working as a Hotel Fronk desk and  Accounting Assistant, I've most enjoyed keep in touch with costumer and provide an excellent service to them.

  • To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
  • Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
  • To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates.
  • To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconcilliations are completed on a weekly basis.
  • To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare cheques for payment.

     Duties:

    • Maintaince of an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
    • Registration of  arriving guests and assign rooms
    • Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
    • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
