Oversee and manage, security disciplines including: Governance, Security Architecture, Policies and Compliance, Security Management Operations, Awareness and Education, Risk Management, Contingency Planning and Monitor and Audits. Information Security Evangelist for Admin and Legal Divisions. Provide strategic leadership on enterprise security and work with different areas of IT to deploy technical security that complies with the Agency standards. Implementation and administer the information security program for the OAG Administrative & Legal(A&L) Divisions. Lead the Information Security Team with a mission to provide guidance, promote and preserve an environment that protects confidentiality, integrity and availability of A&L divisions Information Resources. Lead the Information Protection Workgroup Agency wide(Security and Privacy Governance group) to define, and decide on security and privacy controls. Assist Information Resources Manager(IRM) to manage the Incident Response agency wide program. Participate in security investigations and compliance reviews. Work with A&L Divisions on risk assessments to find and agree on an acceptable risk level for their applications. Work with General Counsel Division on contracts and legal documents regarding information security and privacy. Research, plan, assess the risk and recommend new security initiatives, including developing business cases for security investments. Oversight and management of audit finding remediation, generating requirements for full remediation, providing feedback and suggestions on managerial responses to findings, and tracking progress and providing status for reporting purposes. Advisory role in application development or acquisition projects to assess security requirements and controls and to ensure that security controls are implemented as planned. Implementation of Security Controls based on different environments(Public and Community Clouds). Implementation of S-SDCL.
