I'm a self-motivated and confident individual who has gained skills through working in a
variety of challenging environments both as part of a team and individually. My previous
employment has required a high standard of customer service to be provided through
strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to successfully understand and
interpret customers requirements and positively reflect the brand . Additionally the ability
to prioritise workloads efficiently, maintain a clean and safe working environment and
I’m passionate about marketing and the events industry and my time at university has
fostered a creative outlook towards both aspects. During my studies I have focused on
areas such as consumer behaviour, advertising and brand management, innovation in
events and event management. Such modules have required me to plan and operate
events, market and promote events, use marketing databases, undertake marketing
research and develop advertising and promotional material for organisations.
