Personal profile

I'm a self-motivated and confident individual who has gained skills through working in a variety of challenging environments both as part of a team and individually. My previous employment has required a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workloads efficiently and other administrative tasks such as use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

I’m passionate about working for Premier Inn and exceptionally proud of our status as the UK’s most loved hotel chain. My time at university has fostered a creative, yet practical, outlook in relation to management techniques, sales strategies, brand management and provided an insight into consumer behaviour. All of which I am eager to implement and have helped me to understand the basis of business operations regarding methods of managing employees and optimising revenue. Additionally it has enabled me to appreciate the equally important, yet less tangible, aspects of Premier Inn such as the guests experience of the brand, what is expected from each hotel and its employees and crucially the steps we can proactively take to ensure the brand achieves this.
