Personal profile

I'm a self-motivated and confident individual who has gained skills through working in a variety of environments both as part of a team and individually. My current role is diverse and has exposed me to a variety of marketing duties, enabling me to gain a broader understanding of marketing whilst building on from my previous internship and educational experience. I’m passionate about the marketing industry and continually observe it to gain an insight into current and potential future trends, ensuring my skills remain flexible and adaptable.

  • Creating email campaigns to promote products by designing, writing copy, creating landing pages and viewing campaign reports to assess the outcome of a campaign through Mailchimp and Google Analytics. In addition to this I create and update mailing lists using data from our CRM system.
  • Management of the organisations social media channels via Hootsuite. This involves creating content, scheduling posts and responding to any queries or feedback.
  • Maintaining the companies various websites by producing, uploading and editing content to create new product pages, landing pages and blogs by using Wordpress.
  • Create brochures, posters and other artwork using inDesign and Photoshop.
  • Additional duties such as researching and compiling quarterly competitor analysis, updating and amending the CRM system, creating product videos, creating exhibition materials, gathering customer feedback and other general administrative tasks.

  • My role involved working both as part of a team and independently
    to consistently deliver the highest quality service to guests in order
    to reflect and maintain the brands positive reputation.
  • Managing the hotels yearly event calendar by researching local and regional events that could impact upon occupancy rates and revenue and inputting this data into the internal system.
  • Administrative tasks such as inputting numerical data through the use of Microsoft office and conducting research via the internet to
    ensure competitive pricing strategies are implemented.
  • Monitoring, recording and reporting changes in the hotels customer feedback scores, collated through internal programmes, and feeding this back to the wider team and constructing a plan of action for under performing areas.
  • Financial responsibilities such as completing banking, reviewing
    invoices and processing refunds.
    Monitoring and responding to guest feedback both in person and
    through online systems.
  • Up selling of products and services within the brand to achieve targets and increase sales and revenue.
