Ensure the effective management of the implementation and execution of Shop in Shops, Pop Up Shops, Branded spaces, Windows, POS, Visual Merchandising programs and activities in full alignment with Global/Local Strategy to deliver a consistent, premium shopping experience.
Lead, motivate, manage & develop brand environment team (5 direct reports) to ensure flawless execution of brand at wholesale touch points. Ensure global brand visual strategy is cascaded and followed, enhancing and reinforcing the Levi's brand.
Manage all shop in shop, branded space and pop up roll outs throughout UK and Ireland from design concept through to implementation. Manage budgets and establish integrated communication links with all relevant parties internally and externally.
Manage critical paths for all internal projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget (For example: Led 8 week roll out of 100 branded spaces across wholesale accounts).
Oversee production and content of visual guidelines for key accounts to engage and educate instore VM teams, driving brand visibility in store and support sell out.
Liaise with European creative team on campaign opportunities. Plan, propose and implement windows and in-store areas within key strategic partners.
Support sales teams with European set up of biannual sales launch and local showrooms.
Brand event VM support - Manage support with planning and execution of sales launch, trade shows, internal marketing and retail events ensuring all styling and product presentation are on brand and to the highest standard.
