About ME

A passionate marketing professional with an extensive background in publishing and media. With 22 years in the field I have worked across a diverse repertoire of market sectors and on global market-leading titles.

Key achievements to date include conceiving the idea for the Channel 4 televised Men's Health Survival of The Fittest adventure race series and launching Women's Health magazine to critical acclaim - it's now the UK's fastest-growing women's magazine.

I have a demonstrable track record in licensed health and wellness products as well the delivery of a wide range of high profile events including The National Soap Awards, Elle Style Awards and the Men's Health Cover Model Awards.

My guiding mantra is to challenge myself to learn something new, pass an exam or 'have an amazing experience' every year. So far this has yielded a full motorcycle licence, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, four marathons and a voluntary stint as a reporter at Tobago News.
