Manage 4 direct and 7 indirect professionals with a $120,000 operating/capital budget reporting to the CEO.

.Accomplishments

  • Deliver operational leadership and assume full P&L responsibility for all contract relationships between the company and its portfolio of corporates, major clients industry customers, ensuring the company sustains market share in the Kenyan sector, achieves return on associated capital investments and delivers profitable growth.
