oProvides technical support mainly for US and Canada-based Dell customers.
oGenerates a Service Request, Order parts and set up an Onsite Service when necessary.
oPerform follow ups until customer’s issue is resolved.
oClose a sale for every valid call.
oOn selected areas, check availability of part/s prior to setting up the onsite repair.
oProperly document whatever transpired during the call.
oProvide specific phone listings to US and Canada-based customers.
oProvide weather updates, driving directions and movies shown on selected theaters in US and Canada.
oRedirect caller to 911 for emergency calls.
oConducts training on company policy, standards and procedures.
oReviews daily workloads of service center technicians.
oEnsure that all employees conform to the company’s rules and standards.
oInvestigate and enforce appropriate action for violation and nonconformance in the following departments :
Human Resource ,Warehouse,Sales and Service Center
oGenerate monthly reports on Manning Compliment, Attendance, Service Technicians Efficiency on Accomplishments vs. Workloads, Stock transfers, Stock returns and Receiving.
oPlan, administer and regularly audit 5S good housekeeping in all departments.
oGather, review, consolidate, generate and present reports to Management on store and employee performances such as: 5S, Knowledge formation ,Employees Performance evaluation
oMonitor, revise when necessary, the current systems and procedures implemented by the management.
oDevelop a system that would help the management document important undertakings..
oGenerates Efficiency & Cost Report to the following Dept.: Metal Working Division, Sheet Metal Working Division and Engineering
oConducts a regular audit at the warehouse and generate a report.
oGenerates Monthly Report on project deliverables in manufacturing dept.
oGathering data to all activities involved for the completion of the Project
