2014- Project Based Learning- Windham School District- Rusk Unit
This staff development concentrated on the use of overlapping curriculum and using rubrics to facilitate project completion and included the use and practicing of engagement and active learning strategies for adult learner.
2013- Special Education Inclusion- Victoria ISD
This custom designed in-service identified the district needs for mainstreamed vocational students with special needs. There was a concentration on strategies for engagement and modification of content designed to meet state objectives required for certifications.

I provided instruction for Teaching Interns that included teaching strategies, curriculum alignment, and learning styles across Reading, Science, and Social Studies

“Affective Teaching of Gifted and Talented Students”
This custom designed staff development identified the process of student identification, provided research based information on the characteristics of gifted and talented students while modeling teaching strategies
1997 Texas Gifted and Talented – State Conference- Austin, Texas- 100 participants
“Science FARE”
This presentation focused on how to implement a science fair using the scientific method for grades K-8 and provided correlations to the Essential Elements.
