Development of pricing strategy for a large IT Infrastructure company in Singapore

  • Advised client on pricing strategy and recommended the implementation of‘ bundle pricing' and‘ tiered pricing', which the client adopted
  • Led working sessions with client to understand‘ as-is' cost structure and pricing model
  • Developed financial cost and pricing model with multiple scenarios that includes both direct and indirect costs to understand the financial impact of each scenario
  • Developed a pricing model and performed a 5-year income statement projection for each pricing strategy

Manufacturing transformation for a global food manufacturer in New Zealand

  • Led the data and process improvement work stream in this engagement
  • Utilised data analytics to fact-find and single-out problem areas.
  • Subsequently delivered an end-to-end solution that encompassed cultural, leadership and production-floor transformation.

  • Led the process improvement team in the implementation of Integrated Work Systems (IWS), which leverages on P&G's global manufacturing methodologies, tools, and analytics premised on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and High Performing Work Systems
  • Adopted a data driven approach to facilitate the client identify high loss areas, prioritise and develop action plans/initiatives to meet their business need
  • Assisted the client with the execution of the plan, before using data analytics to statistically validate the results for sustainability Successfully improved pilot line's Operating Equipment Efficiency by c. 14% and delivered total cost savings of over SGD 200, 000 over 4 months

Shared service centre design and implementation for a top university in Singapore

  • Designed and implemented a multi-function shared service centre that helped the client save c. S$8mil in the first year of implementation
  • Led finance and procurement work stream. Conducted workshops with key stakeholders to identify process gaps and implemented process enhancements
  • Designed and implemented a new finance organisational structure
  • Facilitated the set-up of the centre and supported the change management process
