Chris Windfelder attended Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Communication from the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication in May 2000. He then served for two years as a Market Maker at FreeMarkets in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, he worked as Project Manager for eSourcing projects worth more than $550 million. As a team leader, Chris Windfelder ensured that the department met all timelines and followed through on customer requests. Mr. Windfelder then enrolled at Loyola University in Chicago, where he completed his Master of Business Administration in Economics in February 2004.After earning his MBA, Chris Windfelder joined A.T. Kearney, Inc. where he still works today. During his seven years with the company, Mr. Windfelder has earned several promotions. He began as Manager, a role in which he implemented data management tools, led careful negotiations, and developed technological innovations to exceed his clients' expectations. He also routinely presented project status reports to senior client executives and oversaw the management of strategic sourcing strategies.In recognition of his excellent work in this position, Chris Windfelder earned a promotion to Senior Manager in January 2006. As Senior Manager, Mr. Windfelder shared his knowledge with a variety of other project teams and employees. He also standardized a number of important processes to increase efficiency and save time and money for clients. Overseeing three category/client teams, Chris Windfelder forged a number of important partnerships with suppliers, saving a substantial amount of money for clients and the company.Since July 2010, Chris Windfelder has served as Vice President at A.T. Kearney, Inc. In this role, he has worked in a number of locations, including Chicago, Illinois, and Johannesburg, South Africa. He has handled many large, key clients of the company, assisting a wide range of high-level executives with their strategies and goals.
