  • 1 year contractual engagement responsible for overseeing cash flow and expenditures of all operations of the non-profit organization as approved by the Board.
  • Reported directly to the Executive Director and Board as a member of the financial committee.  Responsibilities included presentation of a balanced budget each month that included reconciliation of all foundation endowments and grants.
  • Managed the daily business operations of the office which included payroll, HIPAA, employment verification, year end and monthly tax preparations as well as advanced bookkeeper activities.  
  • Stepped in to assist the organization as they were transitioning with 7 brand new hires for an 8 person staff in a 3 month span of time.

  • Created successful online retail company selling outdoor sports equipment and apparel internationally with a flagship physical location.   
  • As owner and CFO, was responsible for implementation of yearly budgets, payroll, tax filings and the accounting of all financial recordings and obligations utilizing various formats of Quickbooks products on Mac and PC. 
  • Was responsible for purchasing all inventory based upon marketing projections, sales forecasting and company revenue goals. Annual revenues pushed annually well over industry averages for small retail businesses.
