Attorney at law Christopher C. Zoeller has provides legal counsel in the areas of criminal and family law throughout the state of Indiana for nearly 40 years. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University in 1974. Since that time, Zoeller has appeared as lead counsel in nearly 200 jury trials at both the federal and state levels and assisted thousands of clients with a variety of legal matters. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals’ 7th circuit, and the U.S. District Court’s Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Based in Indianapolis, Christopher Zoeller represents clients who are facing accusations of white collar crimes and driving under the influence, as well as drug possession, trafficking, and manufacturing, among others. Zoeller strives to ensure his clients’ rights are upheld in criminal proceedings. Christopher Zoeller also possesses considerable experience in family law, and has assisted clients with the legal aspects of marriage, divorce, adoption, and child support. His many years of expertise in the area of family law have given Zoeller special insight into the taxing nature of divorce and other family law cases, and he fights on behalf of his clients’ best interests and assists them with understanding the legal ramifications of their actions. Christopher Zoeller remains active in his community and is a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus and Prospect Masonic Lodge. Zoeller also supports a number of charities as well, including the Marion County Children's Guardian Home, the Salvation Army, and his local church. In his spare time, attorney Christopher Zoeller stays fit with activities such as swimming and hiking. He also enjoys reading, in particular appreciates the works of Swedish author Stieg Larsson. Christopher Zoeller resides in Indianapolis with his wife of 37 years. They have four children and two grandchildren.
