My role at SilverPoint is to help lead the transition from a small organization to a larger organization and implement ITIL framework into Service Operations. A large part of my time is spent creating policies and procedures that help the service department improve the employee experience. I lead a team of 9 team members who range in technical ability from level one help desk technicians to senior technicians. The team supports approximately 75 clients with a variety of technologies from the Microsoft Stack (AD/Exchange/Skype for Business/Office 365...), Custom Line of Business applications, Firewall and Network equipment and Phone Systems.

 My role at Best Buy is to support all technology that our 15, 000+ end users interact with regardless of location. This includes technologies like Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp, Exchange, Lync, Mobile Device Management, File/Print. I get to lead a team of 11 highly talented specialists who process an average of 1000-1800 tickets per month and who are passionate about delivering an amazing end user experience.

My role at Silverpoint was designing, planning and delivering all project work for each client. One of the highlights of my work at was a domain/infrastructure migration for a large client. The project involved a complete rebuild of their infrastructure including a new AD domain with Exchange, Lync(w/Enterprise Voice), SQL, File/Print, Re-mote Desktop Services Infrastructure and Sharepoint with Project Server. It required several months of planning, testing, and troubleshooting.

I had the opportunity to work with multiple different technologies including Exchange 2003, Sharepoint, DFS, Cit-rix, XenApp, and SCCM. I coordinated three international teams with 5 to 7 members to deliver End User Services for our BestBuy Canada client.

Information Technology Manager/Safety Officer

My role at Richmond initially began with implementing a safety program from fragments of previous safety programs. In my time at Richmond Elevator I created and implemented an online HTML based interactive safety training application that trained all new employees and tested them on the knowledge learned prior to deployment in the field we trained approximately 30 technicians per year. In addition to training, site inspections were conducted on 20+ active sites with 200 technicians. Once the Safety program was running. I had the opportunity to convert a workgroup based IT infrastructure into a Domain Infrastructure that eventually added on pieces of the Microsoft Stack(Exchange, SQL, ISA 2006, Sharepoint). Once both the IT and Safety departments were kept running. I mixed Safety and IT duties throughout the week.

My role at McDonalds began working in the back preparing the food and over the course my three years I served in all areas of the restaurant. As I progressed in my career with McDonalds' I began to train our current and new employees on current best practices and new products and procedures. I had the opportunity to train 50 new employees and 80 current employees. McDonalds was an amazing first job that taught me the value of hard work and the basic tenets of customer service.
