Christopher Carson Attorney

Based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, attorney Christopher Carson manages a solo legal practice and is experienced in criminal law, family law, and bankruptcy law. He is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin courts as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago and the federal Eastern District of Wisconsin. Christopher Carson carefully reviews all police reports, medical records, and other relevant documents in defense of his clients and writes briefs and factual synopses for them before litigating their cases. When applicable, he writes letters to opposing attorneys and proposes out-of-court settlements.

Before launching his own firm, Mr. Carson gained valuable experience as a legislative assistant with the Wisconsin State Assembly and as a Kohler Fellow with the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute. While studying for his MA in national security studies at Georgetown University, he served as a research assistant at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research in Washington, D.C. Attorney Carson had earlier, from 1989 to 1992, earned his JD from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
