    • Senior Consultant for IMS Health - Retained by IMS to facilitate bringing a new Sales Force Analysis/Reporting software package to market, named IMSView.This was done on time and within budget.The IMSView system was ultimately installed at all IMS Health Pharmaceutical clients in the United States, Canada, and Australia providing a $40 million increase in revenue to IMS Health.
    • Judge and B&A - Senior Analyst and Manager for the development of specific business modules within a new Contract Management System for the Pharmaceutical industry. The system was developed initially for SmithKline Beecham in partnership with a firm named IDS and was featured within the IBM booth at the 1994 Comdex as the largest/most complex Client/Server system yet developed.Was specifically retained to ensure that the project, which was behind, be brought back onto schedule and delivered within budget at $15 million.This was successfully accomplished.After installation at several Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, the system was ultimately sold to SAP.
